Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application
Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution
A minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school

Eligibility Requirements:
Demonstrate leadership in school activities, public service, and community involvement.
Commitment to justice and the good of others through service
Effective oral and written communication skills
Have a G.P.A. of a 3.5 or higher
U.S. citizen or permanent resident from the state of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado. Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.
US high school students in grades 9th through 12th attending public, private, parochial, or home schools
Also eligible are US students under the age of 12 enrolled in a high school correspondence/GED program in any of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or the US territories; and US citizens attending schools overseas.
