CLUB CART SALES

CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     The Friday prior to their designated week the club advisor or student representative MUST contact Sharon Sullivan in the Cafeteria (x8780) to confirm their participation for the following week.  If you do not contact me by Friday afternoon I will contact the next available club on Monday to see if they would like to sell

2.    Each club is responsible for advertising their clubs week.

3.    The advisor of student representative needs to let me know if they will want 1 or 2 carts.

WEEK OF SALES

1.     It is up to the Club Advisor to let me know if they want to use 1 or 2 carts.  Also each day they need to let me know if they want to increase or decrease the number of pizzas and breadsticks.

2.    There must be at least one faculty member at each cart and 2-3 students.  The students who will be selling for the club need to report to Sharon Sullivan in the Cafeteria 15 – 20 minutes before lunch starts to set up the cart and count their inventory.  If you do not arrive on time we will put the items out for sale and your club will forfeit a day of sales, but will also be responsible for the cost of the items not sold.

3.    The students are responsible for stocking the carts, but should check with Sharon, Sophia or Pat to make sure they have taken all the pizzas and breadsticks.

4.    Each person who will be working at the cart must wash their hands in the Cafeteria prior to beginning work and they must initial the hand washing chart.

5.    Each club is responsible to sell all pizza and breadsticks on the cart.  The items that are not sold will come out of the clubs profits.

6.    At the end of the lunch period the cart needs to be rolled back to the Cafeteria and will need to be checked in by Sharon or her designee.  She will check the inventory in and take the money.

7.    The carts must be wiped down with the cleaner provided before leaving.

8.    The carts will be stored in the southeast corner of the Cafeteria for use the next day.

9.    On Friday the cart needs to be completely emptied and wiped down so it will be ready for the next club.

10.  Any club not following the rules will forfeit their opportunity to sell.
