Information on how to Register at BPHS

Requirements for registration include:

1) Transcript from previous school
2) Withdrawal grades from previous school
3) Immunization records
4) Proof of legal name (birth certificate, or passport)
5) Proof of address (One of the following):
Electric bill
Phone (land line) bill
Rent receipt
Lease agreement, or escrow papers only

Incoming Special Education Students need to provide their most recent IEP.
